Transportation Choices from Reno Airport (RNO) to Hotel

1. Airport to Lake Tahoe (One Stop - Most Popular)

The public ski bus departs Reno airport every hour to any of 5 stops in South Lake. The closest stop to our hotel is Embassy Suites which is adjacent to our hotel.

Cost for the bus is $45 round trip advanced reservations required.www.southtahoeexpress.com

The South Lake Tahoe resort area offers "Blue Go" (Tel 530-541-7149) which is local public transportation and offers "Curb to Curb" on demand service .. it is $3.00 to go from Embassy Suites to our Hotel Forest Suites. When you arrive at Embassy Suites just call Blue Go and request a pick up. 5 min wait 1 min. ride.

2. Airport to Hotel Direct - Local Car Rental for the Week. Approximate $100

Early Departure before 10am:

If you are taking an early flight out of Reno (Before 10am) the first Blue Go to Embassy Suites is 8am therefore you need to arrange for a taxi (approximately $3 - Call Friday Night) to take you the 1 block to Embassy Suites for Shuttle Pick up to Reno Airport. (If you Fedex your bags home just walk the 1 block for shuttle)

Mid Morning or Latter Departure from Reno:

Just call Blue Go for hotel pick up for ride to Embassy Suites where you catch the Tahoe Express Shuttle to Reno airport (see schedule to confirm when you will arrive at airport).
