Experience the thrill of soaring through the air on a circus flying trapeze. Join a hike along the Appalachian Trail up Kent Falls. Sail through the air on a 350-foot aerial zip line or try the 25-foot high climbing wall. Canoe or tube the Housatonic River (on select weekends). We’ll challenge you to challenge yourself. |

Fitness WORKOUT It’s a whole different experience outside under the sky. Wake up with a morning hike, stretch class, power walk, or jog. Fitness classes are offered throughout the day. Get energized in a body sculpting or pilates mat class. Try kickboxing or work out under the fitness tent. Then relax at yoga or massage class. |
