Karst Stage will be providing shuttle service for the Singles Travel Group held at the Big Sky Resort, Montana. Their counter is conveniently located inside the passenger terminal in baggage claim.  Karst Stage serves all arriving and departing flights at Gallatin Field (Bozeman) Airport seven days a week, although they do not have a shuttle departing after every arriving flight.  In order to offer a special conference rate a reasonable wait may be necessary after some flights. Reservations are required a minimum of 3 days in advance and should be made on their web site www.karststage.com ; begin with Get a Quote on their home page.  NO other shuttle transportation is available at the Bozeman Airport without advance reservations. Inquiries can by made at contact_airport@karststage.com. The cost for shuttle transportation is $78.25 round trip per person plus a $1.50 airport tax per person. Please note, there is a 2 adult fare minimum during the summer months, you will initially be charged for two fares, however, if other reservations are booked for the same date/time you be refunded the additional adult fare. PLEASE MAKE A NOTATION IN THE RESERVATION COMMENTS SECTION ON THE LAST PAGE OF THE RESERVATION IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER PASSENGER IN ORDER TO PAY ONLY THE ONE PASSNENGER FARE, PLEASE ALSO MAKE A NOTATION OF THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF WAIT YOU WOULD LIKE IN ORDER TO RIDE WITH ANOTHER POSSIBLE RESERVATION. OTHERWISE YOUR SHUTTLE WILL BE SET UP ACCORDING TO YOUR FLIGHT TIMES. All online reservations will be confirmed by email. It is recommended that you print your confirmation letter, read it carefully for accuracy and take it with you when you travel. Total trip cost paid online does not include a driver’s gratuity.

Please call their toll free telephone number (located in your email confirmation letter) if you encounter a delay or cancellation enroute to Bozeman.  Check in at the Karst Stage counter in baggage claim immediately (before claiming your luggage) upon arrival at the airport.  You will be issued a return ticket when you check-in with your pick-up date, time and location. Big Sky is 53 miles from the airport and the drive will take approximately one hour and fifteen-minutes.  Your return shuttle will be scheduled to get you to the Bozeman Airport approximately 1½ hours before your flight departs.

Cancellation policy:  No penalty for shuttles cancelled 48 hours or more prior to departure from the airport. No refund will be issued for shuttles cancelled with less than 48 hours advance notice.  Please call our toll free number if you are delayed, miss a flight or your flight is cancelled.
